Activity
The most current LCP activity that has transpired with the associated property. These activities include requests to a landlord for information, telephone calls to the landlord for access, etc.
Activity Report
A report detailing the current status of the selected property for: date of last PGW field visit, indicator if a gas termination notice has been sent to the subscriber, indicator showing if there is gas service at the property, a listing of notices sent to the landlord from the LCP system.
Additional Properties
Properties the landlord has rental licenses for that are not listed as registered cooperative properties.
Address
The address of the listed property.
Agent
A person the landlord uses to assist in managing the properties enrolled in the Landlord Cooperation Program (LCP).
All Properties
The LCP application screen that provides access to all of the properties the landlord owns, or an agent manages for the landlord. This includes all registered cooperative and uncooperative properties, along with access to a listing of all properties the landlord or agent has not registered.
Alternative Contact Number
The telephone number the LCP administrator should use as a secondary number to contact either the landlord or the agent.

Business
The business name of the landlord or the agent entered during the enrollment process.

C
Contact Us
The email address of the LCP administrator for contacting PGW for LCP associated questions and other correspondence.
Cooperative Properties
Registered properties that favorably participate in, and meet the Terms and Conditions of, PGW's Landlord Cooperation Program (LCP).

Enrollment Status
The status of the enrollment request of the landlord into LCP. The status can be either active (have met all requirements for enrollment), or pending (additional information has been requested to complete the enrollment process).

Frequently Asked Questions concerning LCP. There is a link provided on the application for users to get instant answers to a number of common LCP questions.

Gas Service Status
A field on the Activity Report showing the current status of the gas service in the property. It will be displayed as: ON = Gas service is on, OFF = Gas service is off.

The Home page of the LCP application where the user can navigate to Property Management (registration of properties, and enrollment capabilities), and Program Management (Reading FAQs, Terms and Conditions, LCP Contact Information).

Issue Date
The date a Rental License was issued by the Philadelphia Department of Licenses and Inspections (L & I).

Landlord Cooperation Program (LCP)
A program administered by PGW for those property owners who provide 100% cooperation and compliance with the LCP Terms and Conditions, as determined by PGW, to not be subject to the placement of liens on owned, tenant-customer occupied, residential, registered rental properties
Last PGW Service
The date of the last PGW field visit to the associated property.
Logout
The selection made to close the LCP application when the user is finished their session.

Message
A listing of all open LCP activities for the associated property.
My Account
A selection in the LCP application that allows the user to either update their user information, or the landlord to add an agent.

P
Preferred Contact Number
The telephone number the LCP administrator should use as a primary (first choice) number to contact either the landlord or the agent.
Premise
The address of the gas service.

R
Registration Date
Date the landlord, or agent registered the property in the LCP application.
Registration Status
The current status of the registered property. There are two status classifications: Registered = The property is registered with, and fully protected in LCP, Pending = The property is registered with, and protected in LCP, but there is additional information being requested from the LCP administrator before a permanent registration is applied.
Remove Property
This is a selection the LCP user makes to remove their property from a cooperative status to an unregistered status. Un-registering a property will remove your current protection of lien placement by PGW on the listed property, and the property will be subject to PGW initiated liens.
Rental License Number
The license number associated with a rental property. This number is assigned by the Philadelphia Department of Licenses and Inspections (L & I).

T
Termination Notice Sent
An indication showing whether a termination notice has been sent to the associated property. The indicators are: YES = termination notice has been sent, NO = no termination notice has been sent.

U
Uncooperative Properties
Registered properties that have not met the Terms and Conditions of PGW's Landlord Cooperation Program (LCP), and have had their status changed to uncooperative. Any property changed to uncooperative status will remove their current protection of lien placement by PGW on the listed property, and the property will be subject to PGW initiated liens.
User Name
The login name selected by the user for access to the LCP application.
