known as Business Privilege License (BPL) number.

The Commercial Lien
Notification Program (CLNP) requires that you hold a valid
Philadelphia Commercial Activity License# (CAL) issued by the Department
of License and Inspections. You will need your Commercial Activity License
to complete the initial enrollment. Enter information exactly as it is set
forth on your Commercial Activity License.
